Larson Tool and Stamping Company is a contract metal stamping manufacturer located in the Attleboro, MA area since 1920, employing seventy dedicated employees. We manufacture small to medium-sized metal stampings for the automotive, appliance, and industrial hardware markets. As our current Human Resource Manager is retiring we have an immediate opening. We are only giving consideration to those candidates who have the following knowledge, experience, skills, and abilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Human Resource process management. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative HR duties to implement and annually update the compensation programs; provide corporate and regulatory information
  • Develop, recommend and implement personnel handbook policies and procedures; Recordkeeping and planning are essential components of the job.
  • Implement training, development, and motivational programs and ensure all employees receive the tools necessary to do their jobs safely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Assist in providing a safe and secure environment free of intimidation and discrimination for all employees. Maintain programs to improve morale. Be a support as needed. Be enthusiastic.
  • The job’s success depends on excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and continual improvement. Requires strong internal customer focus with leadership skills to create an environment of teamwork, learning and creativity.

Qualification Requirements: A degree or certificate in human resource administration, or other related education, five years relevant experience, or any similar combination of education and experience. Previous employment in manufacturing environment.

Salary based on experience. Health insurance paid by company at 80% with dental paid in full. Life insurance, 401(K), Profit Sharing, 10 paid holidays, vacation.
