ATTLEBORO, MA — Larson Tool & Stamping Company has announced an important leadership transition that reflects both the company’s deep-rooted history and its forward-looking vision for continued growth.
After more than four decades of dedicated service, Charles “Chuck” Cederberg is retiring from his role as President, marking the end of a remarkable chapter in the company’s history. Chuck, who joined Larson Tool in 1985 and was named President in 2004, has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization into the respected precision metal stamping partner it is today.
While stepping down from day-to-day leadership, Chuck will continue to support the company as an advisor through June 2026 and will remain an active member of the Board of Directors. His continued involvement ensures a thoughtful transition and preserves valuable institutional knowledge as Larson enters its next chapter.
Stepping into the role of President is William “Bill” Larson, who will continue to serve in his current capacity as Chief Financial Officer while assuming overall leadership of the organization. A fourth-generation member of the Larson family, Bill has been involved with the company for decades and brings both financial expertise and deep institutional knowledge to the position.
This leadership transition also includes the promotion of two key members of the next generation. Andrew Larson, currently serving as Operations Manager, and Kyle Cederberg, Systems and Quality Engineer, have both been promoted to Vice President/Partner while retaining their existing responsibilities.
Andrew Larson holds a degree in finance and has been instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Kyle Cederberg holds a degree in engineering and has played a critical role in advancing Larson’s systems infrastructure, technology integration, and quality processes.
Over the past five years, both Andrew and Kyle have been integral to Larson Tool & Stamping’s operational success and strategic growth. Their leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence have helped strengthen the company’s capabilities and position it for long-term success.
Together, Andrew and Kyle represent the fifth generation of leadership at Larson Tool & Stamping—an achievement that underscores the company’s longstanding commitment to family ownership and continuity. Founded in 1920, Larson Tool has remained family-owned and operated for more than a century, building a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer-focused manufacturing solutions.
The transition highlights a thoughtful and strategic approach to succession planning. By elevating Andrew and Kyle into Vice President roles, Larson ensures that the next generation is actively engaged in leadership while continuing to build on the strong foundation established by prior generations.
As Chuck Cederberg steps back from his role as President of Larson Tool & Stamping Company, he reflects with deep gratitude on his lasting contributions. Over his 40-year career at Larson, Chuck held multiple leadership roles before becoming President, guiding the company through periods of growth, technological advancement, and evolving customer demands. His leadership helped reinforce Larson’s reputation as a trusted partner in precision metal stamping and assemblies.
Bill Larson stated that Chuck’s impact on Larson Tool & Stamping cannot be overstated. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to both our employees and customers have left a lasting legacy that will continue to influence our organization for years to come.
With Bill Larson assuming the presidency and the fifth generation stepping into expanded leadership roles, Larson Tool & Stamping is well-positioned for the future. The new organizational structure reflects a balance of experience and innovation—honoring the company’s heritage while embracing the opportunities ahead.
As the Larson enters this next phase, its mission remains unchanged: to deliver high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions while maintaining the strong relationships and values that have defined Larson Tool & Stamping for more than 100 years.
